This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in developing an innovative service that will provide emergency placements for young people with emotional and behavioural needs. The Role As Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for setting up, leading, and developing this new home. You’ll be instrumental in establishing a safe, nurturing, and responsive environment while ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards.
