We are seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our well-equipped practice with a varied and interesting caseload. As an RVN, you should be confident and committed to providing the best care for our clients'' pets. This role offers the opportunity to join a well-established practice with many loyal clients.

Our team values teamwork and regularly discusses cases to ensure optimal outcomes. We are a friendly, caring, and organized practice with a team eager to learn and grow. Our RVNs are multi-skilled and encouraged to undertake Schedule 3 procedures. We see a diverse caseload in nurse clinics and promote nurse-led initiatives to benefit patients and engage clients.

A purpose-built premises with 3 vet consultation rooms, a dedicated nurse/cat room, separate cat and dog waiting areas, prep room, and theatre suite with up-to-date equipment and imaging.

A location in a beautiful rural area within 6 miles of Durham City and about 15 minutes by train from Newcastle upon Tyne.

Salary and hours:

This is a full-time fixed-term contract working 37.5 hours over 5 days, including 1:4 Saturday mornings. The salary is up to £30,000 depending on experience, plus benefits.
