About the Role: As Registered Service Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of a small residential home, ensuring it meets all regulatory, safeguarding and quality standards. You will lead and develop your team to deliver consistent, person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviours. Your leadership will be central to maintaining a stable, high-performing service and continuous improvement in outcomes for residents. Key Responsibilities: Provide clear leadership and management of the residential home, ensuring safe, effective and person-centred service delivery. Oversee daily operations, including rota management, staffing levels, and allocation of responsibilities to meet service needs. Ensure full compliance with CQC standards, local authority requirements and internal policies, including robust safeguarding practices.
