Decisions that cannot wait for tomorrow.The service currently delivers around 700 hours of care per week, with a clear and realistic ambition to grow beyond 1,000 hours sustainably. The team includes 26 care practitioners, with plans to build above 30, supported by a Care Coordinator and Team Leads.
