We are seeking a skilled Registered Service Manager to join their team in Blackpool working to provide effective leadership and management across their supported living services. The role: Provide effective leadership and management across 8 supported living services for adults with learning disability, autism and complex needs. Lead your teams to provide the best quality of care and support, providing guidance, support and supervision. Ensure that you build positive relationships with the people being supported and their families, and other colleagues and professionals. This role will require someone to be registered and work alongside the other RCM overseeing other services. Lead on staff supervision, coaching, training coordination, and performance management to support a high-performing team. Ensure accurate documentation, audits, and compliance checks are completed to required standards.
