As part of the role, you will: Deliver psychological assessments and evidence-based interventions tailored to patient needs. Support patients across Acute and Rehab and Recovery services throughout their recovery. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and review care plans. Contributing to clinical formulations, risk assessments and patient progress reviews. Providing psychological guidance to colleagues and promoting psychologically informed care.
