Salary: £60,000–£65,000
I’m working on behalf of a well-established care provider who is looking for an experienced Care Home Manager to lead their Stockport home. About the Role
As Care Home Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the home, providing strong and consistent leadership. You’ll create a safe, supportive environment where residents feel valued and staff are motivated to deliver the highest standards of care. You will:
Ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs are met with compassion and respect.
Lead, develop, and inspire a multidisciplinary team, supporting their professional growth.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, openness, and learning.
Safeguard residents’ wellbeing and ensure compliance with all quality standards.
About You
We’re looking for a confident, resilient leader with proven experience managing a care home. You lead with integrity, empower your team, and are passionate about making a difference in the lives of residents.
