Registered Nurse - Surgical Ward About the Role We are currently recruiting for an experienced Registered Nurse to join a leading private hospital. This role is primarily based within surgical wards, caring for patients before and after a variety of surgical procedures. The successful Registered Nurse will have a strong background working within surgical wards and experience supporting orthopaedic patients. Essential Requirements Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse Minimum 3 years'' UK nursing experience Previous experience working within surgical wards Orthopaedic ward experience is highly desirable Strong understanding of post-operative patient care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Duties and Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care across surgical wards Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care Support patients throughout their surgical journey Monitor and manage post-operative recovery Administer medications and treatments in line with hospital policies Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation Work collaboratively with consultants and wider ward teams Ensure excellent standards of patient safety and infection prevention About You We are looking for a Registered Nurse who is confident working within busy surgical ..... full job details .....
