Excellent Communication with a good level of English - written and verbalQualified RGN with a valid NMC PINVisa sponsorship can be consideredAble to maintain all care plans/care records in accordance with the service’s policy and audit care records following company policy to ensure complianceFantastic Problem-solving SkillsDedicated to person centered careAbility to adapt and address situations quicklyPlan, develop, implement and assess approaches to promote health and wellbeingCan recognise and report situations where there might be a need for protectionExperience of nursing in a care home environment with older people and residents with dementia is a strong advantageRole Responsibilities

Ensure that residents are at the heart of the care delivery and their wishes and preferences enhance their wellbeingUndertake the care planning activities for service users to meet changing physical, psychological and social needs, taking into consideration privacy, dignity, personal choice and informed consentEnsure care plans are developed in collaboration with service users, their families and friends (where appropriate) and members of the multidisciplinary teamEnsure that all recording systems and organisational documentation are of a high standard and kept up to date on RADAR and PCSUndertake all aspects of medication management in line with legal, professional and regulatory requirementsBe responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals supported by the serviceInterested candidates should contact Natalie at Duval for more ..... full job details .....
