We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Synergy Care and Education Nursing Team and support our clients in and around Camborne, we also have a client seeking night cover in Hayle.If you join our team you will have access to our app and all available Nursing shifts across Cornwall.The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care, demonstrating excellent clinical skills and a thorough understanding of anatomy and medication administration. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and ensuring the delivery of effective treatments.ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive assessments of patients'' health status and document findings accurately.Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans based on patient needs.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.Monitor patients'' vital signs and report any changes in condition to the appropriate medical staff.Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment options.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care and improve patient outcomes.Maintain accurate records of patient care activities in compliance with legal and ethical standards.Uphold infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.RequirementsValid registration with the ..... full job details .....
