Registered Nurse

We are looking for a Registered Nurse to work at our family run nursing home. About us We provide nursing care for up to 26 residents over the age of 65 years in homely and traditional surroundings. We are rated as good by the Care Quality Commission. We are proud of the reputation we have created within the local community with many of our residents referred to us by "word of mouth". Benefits Pay rates £22.78 per hour. 28 days holiday pay pro-rated and pension scheme. Ongoing training and free uniform. Onsite free parking. Your duties Responsible for the well-being of our residents, ensuring that their medical, emotional and social needs are met. Responsible for the safe, smooth and efficient running of the home when our matron is not on duty. Provide leadership and guidance to our care and auxiliary staff. Report to our matron. Requirements Hold a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration. Experience of working with the elderly, especially medication administration and patient care. Caring and compassionate attitude for our residents. Good team player and communicator. Should live locally.
