You will collaborate with healthcare teams to implement effective strategies and maintain high standards of nursing practice in accordance with regulatory requirements.What you will doFunctions as primary manager for staff nurses within the outpatient divisions.Works with staff RN to coordinate the medical care of patients within service line.Conducts the evaluation, planning, development, and implementation of MLH operations and MLH goals and objectives while coordinating and developing policies, procedures, processes and projects for the assigned program, clinic, or service.Promotes patient and family centered care through implementation of professional role.
