Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join the team for their Care Home in Holt, Norfolk. 

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding clinical care while promoting the dignity, independence, and wellbeing of residents.

You will work closely with the wider care team to ensure residents receive the highest standards of nursing care and support within a safe and welcoming environment.

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with individual care plans.
• Administer and manage medications safely and effectively.
• Monitor, assess and respond to residents'' changing clinical needs.
• Maintain accurate care records and documentation.
• Support residents, families and colleagues with professional and compassionate communication.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and healthcare professionals.
• Promote independence, dignity and person-centred care at all times.
• Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the home. 

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current NMC registration as an RGN or RMN.
• Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse.
• Strong clinical knowledge and nursing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A caring, professional and empathetic approach.
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional resident care.
