Registered Nurse RGN/RMN Full-time, days 36-48 hours per week Salary 36,504 - 48,672 per annum Right Search are currently recruiting on behalf of a nursing home based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. This is a purpose built nursing home specialising in general nursing and dementia care. The Nursing Home Manager is seeking a confident Nurse who is RGN or RMN qualified to join their nursing team full-time on days. Contracted hours can be offered at 36 or 48 hours per week; 3 or 4 shifts per week. Offering a salary range of 36,504 to 48,673 per annum subject to contracted hours. As a Staff Nurse you would be required to maintain the highest standards of care in a professional manner through direct nursing and effective supervision of Staff Members. Responsibilities include: Assessing and planning nursing care requirements. Monitoring and administering medication Taking patient samples, pulses, temperatures and blood pressures. Writing records. Supervising junior staff. Organising workloads. Providing emotional support to patients and relatives. Ensuring effective communication between day and night shifts Attending MDT meetings. The candidate: Ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
