Ward SisterRenacres Hospital, OrmskirkFull Time 37.We are seeking a motivated and experienced Ward Sister to join our team at Renacres Hospital. As Ward Sister, you will play a key leadership role within the ward, supporting the Ward Manager and Consultants while ensuring the delivery of the highest standards of patient care.

You will be NMC registered and able to demonstrate strong leadership qualities, effective communication skills, and a supportive, team-focused approach. This is a demanding but rewarding role, requiring flexibility, enthusiasm, and the confidence to lead and inspire a team of nurses and healthcare assistants.NMC Registration (essential)Current leadership experience within a hospital environmentFlexible and adaptable approach to meet the changing needs of the serviceConfident IT and computer literacy
