Overview

As a Registered Nurse (RGN) at a Barchester care home, you\''ll look after the physical, psychological and social needs of our residents to help us deliver the quality care they deserve. You\''ll create a safe and supportive environment for residents with a range of physical and mental needs, using professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions. You will develop tailored care plans, administer medicines safely, and deliver excellence across everything you do. You\''ll have autonomy to do things the right way and be truly valued and respected for what you do.About You

You\''ll need current NMC registration and a good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices. Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is important, as is an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
