You will provide high-quality care to patients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met in line with professional standards and CQC guidelines. Registered Nurse Responsibilities: Deliver patient-centered care in line with care plans and clinical guidelines. Administer medications safely and accurately. Monitor and record patient conditions, reporting any changes promptly. Support patients emotional and social well-being. Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all policies and procedures. Registered Nurse Requirements: Current NMC registration as an RGN. Experience working in care homes, hospitals, or community care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
