The shifts run from 20:00 to 08:00.The successful candidate will join a highly regarded residential, nursing and dementia care provider, becoming part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional, person-centred care. Essential Requirement EMAR Experience Applicants MUST have previous experience using EMAR (Electronic Medication Administration Records).This is an essential requirement for the position. Candidates without EMAR experience will not be considered. Key Responsibilities Lead clinical night shifts and provide effective clinical oversight. Assess, plan, implement and evaluate personalised care plans. Promote residents'' independence, dignity, choice and wellbeing. Provide clinical guidance and support to care staff.
