Registered Nurse

We are recruiting for a Registered Nurse to join our team at Autumn Grange Care Home. At Autumn Grange, based in Creswell, S80, we provide care and nursing support to older adults and people living with dementia. Registered Nurse Position Details Hours: 3 nights per week Shift times: 18:45-07:00 £22 per hour Schedule: Rota basis including weekends and bank holidays Benefits Reimbursement of annual NMC PIN payment (subject to no restrictions placed) Contributory pension scheme Referral bonus scheme Paid breaks Supportive and friendly team environment On-site parking Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Care planning: Formulating, reviewing and updating person-centred care plans to reflect residents'' needs, in consultation with residents, relatives and healthcare professionals, in line with NMC guidelines and company policies. Medication administration: Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with company procedures and NMC guidelines. Monitoring resident wellbeing: Identify and report any ill health amongst residents and arrange GP or professional visits where required. Leadership and supervision: When acting as Nurse in Charge, supervise the care team and ensure clear and concise handovers at the end of each shift.
