The Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional nursing care and supporting residents to live fulfilling and comfortable lives. Working as part of a skilled multidisciplinary team, you will ensure care is delivered to the highest standards while promoting dignity, respect, and independence at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with individual care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively.
• Monitor, assess, and respond to residents'' changing clinical needs.
• Maintain accurate care records and documentation.
• Support and mentor care staff, promoting best practice across the home.
• Liaise with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical governance requirements.

About YouTo be considered for this position, you will have:

• Active NMC registration (RGN or RMN).
• Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse within a care home, nursing home, or similar healthcare setting.
• Strong clinical knowledge and nursing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A caring, compassionate, and professional approach.
• A commitment to delivering person-centred care.
