To support an environment where all team members are responsible for a reablement ethos using a positive risk-taking approach for patients and their carers.Ensure practice is in accordance with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and work within limits of competence.Carry out the daily personal care of patients.Work within a multi-disciplinary team, carrying out comprehensive assessments, initiating and reviewing care plans, and developing treatment options.Have overall responsibility for the ward area (where applicable).Supply and/or administer medications according to Patient Group Directions or in accordance with the Trust’s Prescribing Policy for registered nurses.Deliver care that takes account of patient choice and wishes, acting with the patient and their carer/family.Act as a resource to other team members in the delivery of expert, evidence-based clinical care for patients with life-threatening illness who have complex needs.Qualifications
NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience.Current NMC registration with an active PIN.Important nursing qualification appropriate to the role.Ability to work within a nursing team and to deliver nursing care in line with professional standards and Trust policies.Experience in primary care or AandE is advantageous for applicable roles.Benefits
