Registered Nurse

We have an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse to join a dedicated team of healthcare professionals for one of our clients. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care within a specialist neurological care and rehabilitation setting. As part of a supportive and multidisciplinary environment, you ll contribute to every stage of the care process from assessment and planning to implementation and evaluation ensuring that each individual receives exceptional, tailored support to meet their needs and goals. Key Responsibilities Deliver safe, evidence-based, and person-centred nursing care to patients with neurological and complex needs. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans, ensuring high standards are maintained at all times. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in line with NMC and organisational standards. Support and mentor junior colleagues and student nurses, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of clinical practices through audit, training, and reflective practice. Promote a positive and inclusive environment that upholds dignity, respect, and patient choice.
