Beechwood is a grand Victorian villa set in the heart of Edgerton close to local parks and on the edge of the Peak District National Park. With 25 rooms, a well-maintained private garden and with the building retaining many of its original features, the people we support enjoy the warm and stimulating environment we have created. With individual care at the heart of everything we do, we ensure that everyone has an input into their care plan and also the types of activities they enjoy so that everyone we support can live their fullest life possible. At Beechwood we support adults with physical and neurological conditions including: Muscular dystrophy Spina bifida Huntington''s disease Stroke Brain injury Cerebral palsy Learning disability Korsakoff''s syndrome What You''ll be Doing Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents during day and night shifts Administer medications and treatments Monitor and assess residents'' health and well-being Develop and implement individualized care plans Collaborate with families and care professionals to provide the best care.
