Registered Nurse

We are currently recruiting experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RGN/RMN) on behalf of our client, an established care provider supporting residents across Fife. This is a permanent opportunity offering £20.00 per hour, with day, night and flexible shift options available. We are looking for nurses who are passionate about delivering safe, person-centred care and who can build positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues. This role would suit a clinically confident and caring nurse who wants to work within a supportive care environment and contribute to maintaining high standards of nursing care. Duties and responsibilities Deliver high-quality, safe and person-centred nursing care. Assess, plan, implement and evaluate residents'' individual care needs. Administer medication safely and maintain accurate medication records. Monitor residents'' physical and mental wellbeing and respond appropriately to any changes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation and care records. Provide wound care and other appropriate clinical interventions within professional competence. Support residents with long-term conditions and complex healthcare needs. Provide palliative and end-of-life care where required. Liaise with GPs, healthcare professionals, residents and family members. Support and guide Care Assistants and other members of the care team. Participate in effective handovers and care reviews.
