You will make a difference by guiding and supporting Residents in life-changing decisions, which is a humbling and rewarding part of the role.Responsibilities

Provide person-centred care and support to residents and their families.Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues, including providing support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students.Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication and model professional behaviours.Participate in safeguarding, recognise signs of abuse, harm or neglect, and report concerns; attend safeguarding training and undertake additional relevant training.Work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support digital care planning initiatives as the organisation expands its digital capabilities.Qualifications

Registered Nurse with at least 12 months’ experience in health or social care.Valid NMC PIN and understanding of professional standards of practice.Ability to mentor, supervise, and assess students; strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Passion for person-centred care and safeguarding awareness.Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship or time-limited visa applications accepted).About HC-One
