Build relationships: Develop positive connections with our residents, families, and carers and involve them in care planning, monitoring, and evaluating services. Collaborate with a supportive team: Work with a well-resourced multi-disciplinary team, receive full support in your role, and mentor, support, educate and supervise other team members. What we''re looking for: Qualified Nurse with current NMC registration. Clinical experience: Knowledge and understanding of elderly care.
