This is an opportunity for a Registered Nurse / RGN with proven experience in busy Accident and Emergency, Emergency Department, Emergency Medicine or acute hospital settings. About the Role As a Band 5 AandE Registered Nurse, you will provide patient-centred nursing care to patients presenting with acute, urgent and emergency medical, surgical and trauma conditions. Working within a multidisciplinary NHS team, you will undertake patient assessment, triage, observations and clinical monitoring; recognise deterioration; escalate concerns appropriately; administer medication safely; maintain accurate clinical records; assist with emergency procedures; and support safe admission, transfer, discharge and onward referral.
