Evolve Staffing Ltd. is recruiting experienced Band 5 Registered Nurses with substantial Accident and Emergency (AandE) and Emergency Department (ED) experience to support NHS hospitals in Bristol. This is an opportunity for a Registered Nurse / RGN with proven experience in busy Accident and Emergency, Emergency Department, Emergency Medicine or acute hospital settings. About the Role As a Band 5 AandE Registered Nurse, you will provide patient-centred nursing care to patients presenting with acute, urgent and emergency medical, surgical and trauma conditions. Working within a multidisciplinary NHS team, you will undertake patient assessment, triage, observations and clinical monitoring; recognise deterioration; escalate concerns appropriately; administer medication safely; maintain accurate clinical records; assist with emergency procedures; and support safe admission, transfer, discharge and onward referral. The role may involve experience across Majors, Minors, Resuscitation, Triage, Acute Assessment, Ambulatory Emergency Care and other urgent treatment areas. Requirements Applicants must hold current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse and have substantial, recent AandE, Emergency Department, Emergency Medicine or comparable acute hospital experience. You should demonstrate strong emergency nursing knowledge, sound clinical judgement, assessment and escalation skills, effective communication and the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. ..... full job details .....
