Registered Nurse

Hoop Nursing & Healthcare are seeking an experienced nurse to join a-friendly and supportive nurse and care team at-an established nursing home in Pontypool.

This is a nights based post and, as the Registered Night Nurse, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering high-quality, personally tailored nursing care
• Working closely with the nurse and care staff to ensure continuity and consistency of care
• Administering medication and maintaining accurate, up to date care plans
• Providing-reassurance, comfort, and skilled support overnight
