We are committed to providing top-quality care while fostering a supportive and rewarding work environment.Role RequirementsRegistered General Nurse with current NMC qualifications2 years post qualification experienceDriving licence and flexibility to travelCommunity experience desirableFull Right to work in the UK without sponsorshipBenefits31 days Annual Leave (Including bank holidays)Additional day off for your BirthdayBlue Light Discount CardSalary sacrifice pensionEmployee Assistance Program with counselling supportLifestyle bonuses and monthly awardsEyecare vouchersDeath in servicePrivate GP Consultations available online 24/7Referral schemeSalary Sacrifice Car SchemeRole ResponsibilitiesYou will be an Ambassador for Bionical Health, offering patient centric Nursing, tailored to the patients’ individual needs.Provide safe nursing care adhering to the scope of service, facilitating a range of services in the home including but not limited to; Peritoneal Dialysis, technical equipment setup, IV medication administration, injection medication administration, phlebotomy and cannulation.Accurately document all patient care and clinical information to enable real time data collection.Build and maintain lasting relationships with patients, NHS stakeholders and other members of the team and support network.Undertake clinical assessments of patients’ requirements.Educate patients on how to self-medicate, store medication and report adverse events.Ensure all mandatory training, professional regulations are maintained and up to date.Our shift patternsWe are a 7 day a week service offering 40 hours over 5 days per week on a 2-week rolling rota for full time.
