Key responsibilities include: Delivering high-quality nursing care to residents. Administering medications and treatments in line with professional guidelines. Assessing, planning and evaluating individual care needs. Working collaboratively with care staff and healthcare professionals. Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation. Supporting residents and families with compassion and professionalism. Promoting a safe, comfortable and positive living environment. Reporting to the Home Manager, Deputy Manager and Clinical Lead, you will be an integral member of the nursing team. Requirements Valid NMC registration (RGN or RMN).
