We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse - RGN-to join our friendly team at our well-established 55-bed general nursing home in Nuneaton. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and making a real difference in the lives of our residents.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in ensuring our residents receive exceptional care in a safe, supportive, and homely environment. You will work closely with colleagues, residents, families, and healthcare professionals to promote the highest standards of nursing care.

Key Responsibilities for the Registered Nurse:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with individual care plans
• Administer and manage medications safely and effectively
• Monitor residents'' health and wellbeing, responding appropriately to changes in condition
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records
• Lead and support care staff during shifts
• Liaise with GPs, community healthcare teams, residents, and relatives
• Promote dignity, independence, and choice for all residents
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and company policies

What We''re Looking For in our Registered Nurse:-

• Current NMC registration as an RGN or RMN
• A caring, compassionate, and professional approach
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Commitment to delivering outstanding person-centred care
• Previous nursing home experience is desirable but not essential
