As a Registered Nurse with us, you’ll support our residents to live well, maintain their dignity, and feel truly cared for physically, emotionally, and psychologically. Whether administering medication, providing palliative care or simply offering a reassuring word, you’ll play a central role in creating a safe, homely and nurturing environment.

What you’ll be doing:Providing high-quality nursing care that promotes independence and wellbeingAdministering prescribed medication and treatments safely and accuratelySupporting residents and families through open, compassionate communicationContributing to the development and review of personalised care plansEncouraging resident and family participation in planning and delivery of careAssisting with end-of-life care, ensuring dignity, comfort, and sensitivityMaintaining clear documentation and upholding regulatory complianceWorking as part of a multidisciplinary team and supporting care colleagues on shiftWhat you’ll bring:A valid NMC PIN as a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)A caring, calm and professional manner with excellent communication skillsThe ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit teamA flexible, positive attitude with a proactive approach to resident careExperience in care home nursing is desirable, but newly qualified nurses are also welcomedWhy join Canford Healthcare:We’re a family-run organisation guided by the values of
