Being a Registered Nurse means demonstrating compassion, dedication, and commitment to enhancing the quality of life for others. Strong communication, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and develop clinical skills are essential. Previous experience in the role is ideal but not required; tailored training and development opportunities are available.Qualifications
A Nursing qualification recognised by the UK NMCA valid UK NMC PIN and registration to practice as Registered General Nurse (RGN), Learning and Disability Nurse (RNLD), or Mental Health Nurse (RMN)Ability to perform physical tasks such as assisting residents with mobilityOther Skills and Requirements
Strong clinical decision-making, leadership, and care planningSyringe driver experienceCatheterisationBloods, PEG feeding, and stoma careGood understanding of the Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty safeguardsDisclosures: role subject to DBS checksWhat We Offer
