Job Purpose To provide safe, effective, and compassionate clinical nursing care to individuals with complex disabilities and health needs, ensuring the highest standards of physical and emotional wellbeing. The RGN will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans, while promoting the dignity, choice, and independence of the people we support. Key Responsibilities Deliver skilled nursing care to individuals with a range of complex and long-term conditions, including physical disabilities, neurological conditions, and associated health needs. Carry out clinical procedures such as PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, catheter care, wound management, and medication administration in line with current NMC guidelines. Undertake health assessments, monitor vital signs, and respond promptly to changes in condition, escalating concerns appropriately. Develop, review, and update individualised care and support plans in collaboration with the individual, their family, and the wider care team.
