Registered Mental Health (RMN) / Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD)

You will be expected to work 38.5 hours per week (shift times: 8:00am to 8:15pm; 8:00pm to 8:15am) at

Cygnet Hospital Woking .

Cygnet Lodge Woking , our sister hospital nearby, provides a high dependency inpatient rehabilitation service and an acute service for men, extending our care pathway.

Your day-to-day…

Produce outstanding written reports based on nursing assessments and observations

Work closely with the management team to develop, audit, and improve service quality

Attend training and engage in CPD to enhance knowledge and promote nursing standards

Ensure care plans are complete and maintained collaboratively with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals, following NMC guidelines

Administer medicines according to healthcare procedures and guidelines

You…An experienced RMN/RNLD with a current Pin Number, you’ll have:

Essential:

The ability to maintain documentation, undertake audits and demonstrate integrity in your role

A good understanding of the latest nursing practices

A commitment to patient recovery to monitor, manage and reduce risk

Compassion, resilience, and dedication to empower and support service user independence

Desirable:

The ability to deputise in a clinical lead role

An interest in leadership, research, and assessment
