      <description>Location: Kilmarnock | Salary: &amp;pound;24 - &amp;pound;36/hour | Type: Temporary | Job Title: Band 5 RMN Location: Kilmarnock-&amp; Ayr Rate: Day - -24, Night/Saturday - -30, and Sunday/BH - -36-per hour Contract Length: Continuous Schedule: The shifts are available  7 days a week, Monday to Sunday, covering both day and night shifts.   Job Description: We are seeking experienced Band 5 RMNs to join our team for a full-time, continuous job across Kilmarnock-&amp; Ayr. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for stability, consistent hours, and a supportive clinical environment.  Key Responsibilities: Providing compassionate care to individuals experiencing mental health challenges Managing patient assessments, care plans, and reviews Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, including doctors, social workers, and psychologists Administering medication and monitoring patient progress  Requirements: Valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse Previous experience working in mental health nursing (in a hospital or community setting is ideal) Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to commit to a full-time weekday schedule.&lt;/p</description>
