As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will:

• Provide high-quality mental health care across a range of private settings
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support personalised care plans
• Observe and respond to patients'' clinical needs, escalating concerns when appropriate
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using electronic systems in line with professional standards
• Report to ward managers or clinical leads

We''re Looking For

• NMC-registered RMN with relevant mental health experience
• Enhanced DBS clearance
• Three years of employment references
• Excellent communication and strong clinical decision-making abilities
• A caring, patient-focused approach with the flexibility to adapt to new teams and environments
