This is an excellent opportunity for RMNs seeking regular shifts, flexible work and varied mental health experience. The Role As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will deliver safe, compassionate and person-centred nursing care to individuals with a range of mental health needs while working as part of a multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Deliver safe and effective mental health nursing care in line with NMC standards. Complete patient assessments, care planning, risk assessments and clinical reviews. Support individuals experiencing acute and complex mental health conditions. Administer medication safely and monitor patient responses. Develop therapeutic relationships with patients, families and healthcare professionals. Promote recovery-focused care, independence, dignity and patient wellbeing. Recognise changes in mental and physical health and escalate concerns appropriately. Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
