      <description>Location: Llandrindod Wells | Salary: &amp;pound;22 - &amp;pound;33/hour | Type: Permanent | Role Overview:  We are seeking compassionate, professional and reliable Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) to provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals experiencing mental health conditions. The successful candidate will assess patients'' mental health needs, develop and implement care plans, administer medication and work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support recovery and wellbeing.   Key Responsibilities:     Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patients'' mental health care.   Monitor patients'' mental and physical health and identify changes in condition.   Administer medication safely and monitor its effectiveness.   Develop and maintain accurate, confidential patient records.   Provide emotional support and therapeutic care.   Build positive and professional relationships with patients.   Support patients with daily living activities and promote independence.   Manage challenging situations and respond appropriately to incidents.   Recognise and respond to risks, including safeguarding concerns.
