The service users has learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and is Autstic, requires-two -workers on 12 hour day shifts. The ideal candidates will have a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for those in their care, demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism. This paid positions offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference while developing valuable skills.
