The service users has learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and is Autstic, requires two workers on 12 hour day shifts. The ideal candidates will have a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for those in their care, demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism. This paid positions offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference while developing valuable skills. You will be working on a full time rota which will be given to you 3 months in advance and you will be paid weekly.
