REGISTERED MANAGER/SERVICE MANAGER Full time 40 hours per week Overview: You ll lead a high-acuity supported living services for adults with complex needs, including Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health conditions, and dual diagnoses. You''ll play a vital role in shaping safe, therapeutic environments where people can thrive. We operate services in London and the Home Counties. You will normally be required to work in-person at our head office or one of our services. Flexibility for travel is required (in line with the needs of the business and the People We Support). You will not be required to work outside the United Kingdom. Job Responsibilities: Providing visible leadership and operational oversight across services, ensuring safe, person-centred care and consistently high standards are delivered every day. Managing and developing staff teams, including recruitment, supervision and performance, creating a positive, accountable culture focused on continuous improvement. Championing trauma-informed and therapeutic approaches, embedding best practice into support plans, staff training, and day-to-day service delivery. Overseeing person-centred care planning and dynamic risk assessments, ensuring all documentation reflects individual needs, preferences, and clinical guidance. Driving service quality through audits, compliance checks and action plans, ensuring regulatory requirements, CQC standards and internal KPIs are consistently met.
