We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager who can bring leadership, stability, and high standards to a home supporting young people aged 8–17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). The successful candidate will be a visible and confident leader who understands how to create a safe, nurturing, and structured environment where young people can build trust, develop resilience, and achieve positive outcomes.
