Registered Manager CQC Regulated Care Salary: Competitive, depending on experience Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for a role where your professional judgement genuinely matters?We re looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead on safety, safeguarding, quality and regulatory compliance within an established CQC-regulated adult social care service. This is a role with real autonomy and influence. You won t be responsible for every aspect of day-to-day operations instead, you ll have the independence to focus on what matters most: ensuring care is safe, compliant, high quality and centred around the people receiving it. The role You ll take the lead on: CQC registration, compliance and inspection activity Safeguarding, serious incidents and statutory notifications High-risk and complex care packages Carer suitability, competence and safeguarding concerns Complaints, duty of candour and learning from incidents Quality audits, governance and corrective actions Mental Capacity Act, consent, dignity and people''s rights Safe staffing, training and competency Clinical oversight alongside the Nursing Manager Working with families, local authorities and healthcare professionals You ll also be the calm, visible and approachable voice for quality and safety, creating an environment where clients, families and staff feel comfortable speaking up.
