Registered Manager Small, Friendly Care Home We re working with a small residential care home for older people in Lanark, and we re looking for someone special to take on the role of Registered Manager. This is a lovely home, run by a charitable organisation, that genuinely feels warm and welcoming. It supports just ten residents, so it has a real sense of community and a homely atmosphere. The home is already rated as Excellent by the Care Inspectorate and is well-regarded in the local area. Your role will be to keep those standards high and make sure residents continue to receive the kind, person-centred care they re used to. This could be the ideal next step for a Deputy or Care Manager who s ready to take that step up, or it might suit an experienced Registered Manager who s looking for a smaller, more manageable home where you can focus on quality rather than paperwork.
