Registered Manager Residential Care and Supported Living Are you an experienced Registered Care Manager with a passion for supporting people with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs? Having been operating for 24 years, my client is a very established private provider with a track record of delivering stable, safe services that give people the opportunity to thrive. They support 16 people across two sites, a care home and a supported living scheme, and you ll oversee the care delivery and operations across both. Recently rated Good by CQC, they re looking for someone who can build on the already great care and keep the service developing for the benefit of the people they support. On offer is a salary of £48,000 - £52,000 for a 40-hour contract. The Registered Manager manages their own time, with flexibility around working hours. The Registered Manager role As the Registered Manager, you ll oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential care home for adults with autism and a supported living scheme (9 flats) for adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs and complex needs. Ensure CQC and regulatory compliance is maintained, build on their current Good CQC rating and develop the service with a view to achieving Outstanding.
