Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager for a permanent position in Solihull, overseeing a supportive living service for up to 6 service users. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing services for individuals with learning disabilities and hold a CQC registration. This role requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the supportive living service
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards
- Lead and support a team to provide exceptional care to service users
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain effective communication with service users, families, and external agencies

Requirements:
- Proven experience in supportive living services, particularly with learning disabilities
- CQC registration
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
