This is a great opportunity to join an award winning care provider as Registered Manager, overseeing several supported living services for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex care needs.-

Applications are encouraged from experienced, passionate Care Managers who have already held a CI registration, or someone with experience as a Service Manager and excellent understanding of working with adults with learning disabilities, looking for a move into a registered manager position.-

You will be leading a team working across several services, some of which are shared houses, and also single occupancy properties. All are located within easy commute of the others.-

What is -important is a dedication to providing first-rate person centred care for your clients, with a sound knowledge of Care Inspectorate regulations and standards, and you will be a compassionate leader who enjoys motivating and developing staff, with a supportive leadership approach.-
