Location: Northwich (overseeing sites in Sale, Winsford, Ellesmere Port, and Chester)

Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications
About the Role:
We are recruiting on behalf of a small, expanding provider of supported living services, who are committed to delivering high-quality care that promotes independence and enhances the quality of life for the people they support. They are looking for an experienced and dynamic Registered Manager to oversee services across multiple sites and play a key role in their growth.
Job Description:
The Registered Manager will be responsible for the leadership and overall management of supported living services across five sites. This is a hands-on role, ensuring the delivery of high standards of care, compliance with regulations, and the development of a motivated, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the daily operations of supported living services across multiple sites.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and policies.
Inspire, mentor, and develop a team of support staff, providing guidance and professional development.
Collaborate with individuals, families, and multidisciplinary teams to implement personalized care plans.
Monitor service delivery and drive continuous improvement to maintain high standards of care.
Manage budgets effectively, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Build and maintain positive relationships with regulatory bodies, families, and community partners.
Respond to emergencies and incidents, taking appropriate action and reporting as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience as a Registered Manager in supported living or a similar setting.
Relevant qualification in Health and Social Care (e.g., NVQ Level 5 or equivalent).
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in supported living services.
Working Hours: Full-time, with flexibility to meet the needs of the service.
